Commercial-grade jump socks for trampoline parks and indoor playgrounds — high-coverage PVC grip, 50,000+ pairs daily capacity and tiered bulk pricing straight off our production lines.
Commercial-grade jump socks for trampoline parks and indoor playgrounds — high-coverage PVC grip, 50,000+ pairs daily capacity and tiered bulk pricing straight off our production lines. Every pair is knitted, moulded and packed in our own Zhuji facility, so yarn, grip compound, branding and packaging are all controlled under one roof — and quoted as one package.
Trampoline and soft-play operators buy socks for one reason: liability. Ours use a high-friction tread in food-grade silicone or phthalate-free PVC, with reinforced heel and toe, wash-tested to 50 cycles with no delamination, because a sock that loses grip after a month is a safety problem, not a procurement one.
The commercial upside is resale. Your park logo moulded into the tread or printed on the cuff turns a giveaway into a margin line, and we can supply kids and adult sizes inside the same order, retail-ready with hangtag and barcode.
Four things that decide whether a buyer re-orders this line.
Tailored high-coverage PVC or silicone patterns optimized to stop sliding on high-tension jumping mats.
Direct factory line manufacturing gives you the lowest per-pair cost for massive orders.
Reinforced stitching capable of handling hours of high-stress jumping, tumbling, and friction.
Massive range of neon, fluorescent, and custom brand colors that glow under UV park lighting.
Every line below is adjustable. If you already have an approved specification, send it and we will produce to that instead.

The three details that decide repeat orders on this line.
High-friction tread in food-grade silicone or phthalate-free PVC, tested to 50 wash cycles with no delamination or cracking — important when your socks are laundered on site every night.
Extra yarn density exactly where park socks fail first, which is what keeps replacement orders down.
Your park logo moulded into the tread or printed on the cuff, delivered on a hangtag with barcode — a margin line, not a giveaway.
Where the money goes when you specify this build instead of buying off the shelf.
| Feature | Our Commercial Trampoline Socks | Cheap Promotional Socks |
|---|---|---|
| Safety Rating | Certified non-slip for high-speed impact landings | Slips on vinyl or trampoline edges, high risk |
| Supply Chain Stability | 50k+ daily capacity with guaranteed delivery slots | Prone to months of shipping delays and stockouts |
| Color Fastness | Bleed-proof dyes; won't stain commercial equipment | Inks bleed onto trampoline mats when sweaty |
Each line is decided before sampling and confirmed on a signed tech pack, so what you approve is what goes into production.
Two ways to work with us, and most buyers use both over time.
You send artwork, size chart and target price. We match it, sample it in 3–7 days and produce under your label.
Pick a base construction from our range and change yarn, colours, grip layout and packaging. Faster and cheaper to launch.
A typical first order takes three to five weeks door to door. Here is where the time goes.

These are our standard terms and they are flexible on volume programmes. Final terms are confirmed in writing with your quotation.
Send quantity, material and packaging. A specialist replies with pricing and a sampling plan within 12 working hours.
European and North American buyers are audited on paperwork as much as product. These are the documents we routinely issue.
Knitting, moulding and packing are each checked before the next stage, so defects are caught where they are made.
Finished goods are inspected to AQL 2.5 before packing, or to your own standard if your QC team sets one.

The questions purchasing teams ask us first. Anything not covered here, ask directly — we answer in plain English.
A: Yes, we can print unique UPC/EAN barcodes on each size’s packaging for seamless retail scanning at your check-in counter.
A: Once the design is approved, bulk manufacturing takes roughly 15-20 days.
A: The high-friction compound is certified to 50 wash cycles with no delamination or cracking. If your operation launders more aggressively than that, tell us the cycle and we will test against it before you commit.
A: Both. Moulded silicone grip is the most durable and works well for simple marks; printing or jacquard handles multi-colour artwork. We will recommend the cheaper route for your design.
A: Yes — most parks order a mixed run. The minimum is 100 pairs per design, and you can distribute that across the full size range.
100 pairs per style, colour or size run. For a first order we can usually split that across a few colourways or sizes, so you can test a range without overstocking.
Yes. Existing stock samples are free — you only cover the courier. A custom sample built to your artwork takes 3–7 days and is charged at cost, then credited against your first bulk order.
10–20 days after sample approval, depending on quantity and finishing. Repeat orders of the same specification run at the shorter end of that range.
