Every pair is knitted, moulded and packed in our own Zhuji facility, so yarn, grip compound, branding and packaging are all controlled under one roof — and quoted as one package.
Grip socks are now standard retail in studios across the EU, UK and US, which means the product has to do two jobs: hold on a sweaty mat, and carry your brand on the sole. We knit the shell, mould the silicone and print the cuff in-house, so artwork changes cost nothing until you approve a physical sample.
This is our highest-volume category. Open-toe for barre and reformer work, full-toe for mat and hot yoga, ankle or crew height, and silicone in clear, white or a Pantone-matched colour. Send a logo and a target price and we will come back with a tech pack and a quote within one working day.

Silicone dots are moulded into the knit and cure-bonded, not glued on top. Tested to 50 home wash cycles with no peeling, cracking or delamination.
Studios usually stock both. You can split a single 100-pair minimum across toe styles and colours, which keeps first orders small.
Logo moulded as silicone grip, printed on the cuff, or jacquard-knitted into the fabric — one method or all three combined.

A: Yes. We open a mould from your vector artwork and mould the logo as silicone grip, which is the most durable option. We can also print the cuff or jacquard-knit the logo into the fabric. Mould cost is charged once and reusable for repeat orders.
A: Yes — the 100-pair minimum applies per style, and we allow you to split it across up to three colourways and both toe options so you can test the range without overstocking.
A: The silicone is cure-bonded into the knit and tested to 50 home wash cycles at 40°C with no peeling or cracking. A wash-test report is issued with every production lot.
