Fall-prevention socks for hospitals, clinics and eldercare — double-sided tread, non-binding cuffs and colour-coded sizing, produced under medical-device quality control.
Fall-prevention socks for hospitals, clinics and eldercare — double-sided tread, non-binding cuffs and colour-coded sizing, produced under medical-device quality control. Every pair is knitted, moulded and packed in our own Zhuji facility, so yarn, grip compound, branding and packaging are all controlled under one roof — and quoted as one package.
Hospital procurement buys against a specification, not a photograph. So we build these socks around the things that appear in fall-prevention tenders: slip resistance on vinyl and laminate, a non-binding top that suits oedema and long-wear patients, and size coding that removes guesswork at the bedside.
We supply tenders, frameworks and distributors. Every lot ships with its wash-test report and material documentation, and we can produce to your existing specification if you already have one approved.
Four things that decide whether a buyer re-orders this line.
Ensures full slip protection even if the sock shifts, twists, or is put on upside down.
Gently conforms to the leg without restricting crucial blood flow, perfect for diabetic and bariatric patients.
Treated with safe, long-lasting antimicrobial compounds to maintain clean clinical environments.
Follows international hospital standards (e.g., Red for Fall Risk, Yellow for Allergy, Green for Safe) for instant staff recognition.
Every line below is adjustable. If you already have an approved specification, send it and we will produce to that instead.

The three details that decide repeat orders on this line.
Sole colour maps to the size band, so nursing teams grab the right pair without unfolding it or reading a label in poor light.
Softer silicone where the foot loads — heel and forefoot — for traction on vinyl, laminate and polished hospital floors.
OEKO-TEX Standard 100 materials, BSCI audit report, composition and care labelling to EU and US rules, plus a wash-test report with every production lot.
Where the money goes when you specify this build instead of buying off the shelf.
| Feature | Our Certified Medical Socks | Consumer Slipper Socks |
|---|---|---|
| Circulation Safety | Zero-pressure cuff prevents swelling and deep vein issues | Tight elastic band leaves indentation marks and stops flow |
| Tread Alignment | Double-sided texturing protects patients at all times | Single-sided; fails completely if the sock spins around |
| Sanitization Compliance | Withstands high-temperature hospital laundering | Grips melt or degrade under medical heat sanitization |
Each line is decided before sampling and confirmed on a signed tech pack, so what you approve is what goes into production.
Two ways to work with us, and most buyers use both over time.
You send artwork, size chart and target price. We match it, sample it in 3–7 days and produce under your label.
Pick a base construction from our range and change yarn, colours, grip layout and packaging. Faster and cheaper to launch.
A typical first order takes three to five weeks door to door. Here is where the time goes.

|---|---|
| Sampling | 3–7 days after artwork and spec confirmation |

These are our standard terms and they are flexible on volume programmes. Final terms are confirmed in writing with your quotation.
Send quantity, material and packaging. A specialist replies with pricing and a sampling plan within 12 working hours.
European and North American buyers are audited on paperwork as much as product. These are the documents we routinely issue.
Knitting, moulding and packing are each checked before the next stage, so defects are caught where they are made.
Finished goods are inspected to AQL 2.5 before packing, or to your own standard if your QC team sets one.
